A panel of three independent judges for each language separately reviewed the essays. The prize distribution ceremony will be held in Islamabad during March 2010. The winning essays will be published in a booklet for wider dissemination. The essays in the category of Honourable mentions will be awarded Merit Certificates and will be published in the booklet.

Observations:

We are constrained to say that about 18 percent participants resorted to plagiarism instead of adhering to proper research and reference style of writing. Many more privileged rhetoric over analytical skills with futuristic approach. However the competition among the top twenty essays was very close.
